This database is comprised of different wave statistics following the Coordinated Ocean Wave Climate Project (COWCLIP) guidelines. The results are for the Gulf of Mexico, based on waves derived from downscaled HadGEM winds from PRECIS (HadRM3P) for the historical period (1980–2005) and a future period (2030–2054) under the CMIP5 RCP 8.5 scenario.
